Hosting and security
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. To operate and protect it, IONOS processes technical access data including requested files, time, browser, referrer and IP address. IONOS states that visitor data is anonymised when collected and retained for eight weeks. The basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a secure and available website.
Enquiries and contact
When you contact us, we process your contact details and message to handle your enquiry. The owners’ form sends your name, email, location and optional information over an encrypted connection to our server, which emails Bleibe Apartments. Messages are forwarded to our Gmail inbox provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process data outside the EU; see its privacy policy for transfers and safeguards. The basis is pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our interest in answering other enquiries under (f). Data is retained until the enquiry is resolved, unless contractual or legal retention duties apply. The form does not create a separate enquiry database.
Form abuse protection
To limit repeated requests, the server stores a keyed hash of the IP address and request times. The counting window is one hour; older entries are removed on the next form request. Message contents are not stored for this purpose. The basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Optional map
The 3D map loads OpenFreeMap data only after you select “Activate 3D map”. The service is provided by Hyperknot Software Kft., Hungary. This transmits your IP address and connection data to the provider and potentially its Cloudflare CDN, which may process data outside the EU. Activation applies only to the open page. You can end consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for future requests by reloading. The place list also works without the map. The provider states that normal access logs exclude IP addresses; error logs may retain them for seven days and security logs for up to 30 days. See the OpenFreeMap privacy policy.
Bookings through Smoobu
Booking buttons link to an external page provided by Smoobu GmbH, Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin. Opening the link takes you away from our website; the privacy and booking terms shown there apply. Our website does not request payment details or confirm bookings.
Fonts, storage and clipboard
Fonts, photos and code libraries are served from our own web server. Our pages set no analytics or marketing cookies and do not save form entries in browser storage. Copy buttons write to your clipboard only after you click. Bleibe Apartments does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision: www.lda.bayern.de.
